Tonight: Just some microwave cheesy chicken/broccoli/rice.

Oh, but last night (Sorry I've forgotten to type it yesterday ), I had some succulent beef kabobs, marinated for 12 hours and baked in my oven.

Big crowd today, so have to have a big menu: of course some items others are bringing, thank goodness.

We are having
Ham smoked in the smoker plus I made 4 dozen chicken wings
potato salad and fruit salad
green beans and asparagus
deviled eggs
rolls and butter
cream puffs
carrot cake
Before dinner we are doing an Easter egg hunt for the great grandkids; While they are hunting eggs, we will be enjoying adult beverage but no appetizers this year. there is plenty of every thing else.

Everyone, whether you are spending time with the family, friends or whatever enjoy your day and eat well. hav
