I think it is a totally healthy meal (similar to how I eat ), I was just confused because the paleo meal I planned for this weekend was totally different. If I could get away with different food I was all in!

Happy hour Thurs night for us so dinner is always very simple. We go to Happy hour about 4:30 with a bunch of friends and after a couple of drinks, usually about an hour we come back home. Tonight we are having spaghetti and meat balls I had frozen and a nice green salad.

Yesterday I made my tzatziki sauce in prep for falafel pita dinner, then the baby screamed her beautiful head off for an hour and I ended up so tired I heated up frozen chicken fingers instead.

I’m hoping to enjoy falafel today! I have some fresh dill and garlic chives growing outside to add to the sauce.

I will probably just thaw some leftover chili. All the goodness, none of the work.
