Clean out the fridge night, so pick from leftover chicken, risotto with a fried egg, teri meatballs with pineapple and I may add a celery walnut shaved parm salad.

Always love any food pics.

I'm too tired to really cook. The maid and butler have the night off, again. Hmm, I don't think that I've ever seen them. That's another story..

Back to being lazy. I made a bowl of raisin bran crunch. I then pushed through and followed that up with a bagel with cream cheese. I'm so tired, I feel like I can't think. I actually went back into the kitchen, to check that I spelled cheese right. I did that! And yes, I'm that pathetic.

Going to bed early tonight. But, I got to watch a little bit of the draft. I'm just watching until the 6th pick with the Giants, then I'm crashing out.

Hubby's night to cook! I'm told it's Pad Thai with shrimp, and sugar snap peas.

Tonight: Whataburger to try something different. That would be the make of an Oklahoma fried onion burger..........Whataburger-style! So I had a double meat with cheese, grilled onions, pickles, and mustard, along with fries and a Coca-Cola. Pretty close, I'd say.

I feel like breakfast for dinner tonight because I don't actually get a chance to have a real breakfast except on the weekends. Tonight we are having sausage links, bacon, grits, scrambled eggs (with mushrooms, bell pepper and red onion), and buttermilk biscuits with fig jam.
