Manlet and DH will have some Costco chicken, and leftover mashed potato, I will have a bowl of fruit. My tummy is not happy about hot dog and popcorn at movies.

This is one of those classic auto-correct posts that I love... I suppose friend pancakes are better than enemy pancakes!

I hope all the moms had a wonderful mother's day! I enjoyed my first M-day very much. My hubs gave me a card in the morning "signed" by all the cats. I thought it was very sweet but so odd that little Margot's name wasn't there. When I went to get her up for a diaper change and breakfast I found another card tucked underneath her - not sure when he snuck it in there.

We had a fancy brunch yesterday and then not much dinner - tonight I made ham, pepperoni, and sweet onion bagel sandwiches with dijon mustard. Served with carrot sticks, jalapeno potato chips, and a few blackberries.

Cottage cheese without curds, almost mascarpone if you let it drip out.

Tuesday is usually my take out night. Unfortunately the scale says a Lean Cuisine is more in order. That's ok because I really like a lot of them.

The secret is to put it in a china bowl so it looks like real food. They fill one of our cereal bowls nicely.

I think dinner is going to be chicken salad sandwiches on bagels with potato chips, a pickle spear, and a berry salad.

I am doing a surprise hash brown potato and ground beef casserole. Why do I call it surprise? Because I dont even know exactly how I am doing it or what I will put in it.. I accidentally marked 2 bags of frozen hash browns when I did my Sam's pick up order about a month ago and now have enough hash browns to feed 1000 people or is seems like that much. Being we rarely eat them except maybe for Sat breakfast every few weeks I had to think of something to do with them. So, I am doing a surprise dish for dinner. With it, of course we will have green salad. That is no surprise.
