doing BBQ turkey thighs in the Instant Pot and I'll fix some cole slaw or a green salad to go with, not sure which yet. Will probably wait to taste the thighs and see how tangy/hot they turned out. Mild = salad, spicy = cole slaw. Banana sundaes for dessert.
Made some coleslaw and will probably have that with some left over roast chicken, and a bowl of mixed fruit, lime zest/juice and mint for dessert.

We freeze the cooked meatballs right in the sauce in freezer bags. I just pull a bag out and defrost. This is our go to, the kids never complain meal. We don't keep them long enough to need a vacuum seal, I hope!
I only vacuum seal things that aren't stored in liquid/sauce, such as a raw chicken breast. And that only when I'm not too lazy!

There's no such thing as bad breath if you both eat the same thing.
DH came home tonight and made a frozen pizza, I may snack on something else later.
A turkey burger and green beans. Drank Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Will enjoy some blueberries on a scoop of vanilla bean gelato for dessert soon.
