You probably don't want to know!! But I'll tell you anyway.

Last night I cooked a pound of lean pork loin, just plain without even any spices, in my Instant Pot. I thought it was great just like that, and I saved half of it for tonight.

I go for plain, simple recipes and unprocessed foods at home because I feel healthier when I eat that way.

Tonight we are having fish and chips (no peas though, I hate green peas). I will make a big garden salad and crack open a bottle of Veuve.

By the way, I wonder what became of:

London Cowboy
picklejuice
A.Typical.Girl (although I think I saw a post from her in another forum topic)
Dirt Grinder

I miss their posting here, especially ATypical Girl, she had a great sense of humor. We haven't heard from Nomadicus in awhile either.

Thank you so much! She is a lucky girl who will always know how much she was wanted - I wish all babies could be as wanted as she.

Possibly some of them were banned ( I don't know why). I remember London C saying he was taking a break from the forum because of drama (presumably not here in the fairly tame food forum).

Dinner tonight is baked potatoes topped with fresh ground pepper and green onions, plus a blackberry & blueberry salad.

Dole chopped salad. DH added some bite sized fajita beef to it. I included one of those mini packs of heart healthy nuts. A honey dijon salad dressing. I had a glass of lemon water. My other half had a glass of beer.

Dessert: mint choc Klondike bar.
