Spoiled brat is going to watch our 6 year old great grandson play T ball, so dinner will be late. I think I am just burger patties, topped with cheese and sourkraut. I will do beans in the insta pot as well and make a salad.

Tonight we are having chicken marsala over parmesan risotto, a spinach salad, garlic bread and cranberry cheesecake for dessert. I have to make a wine and beer run on my way home before I pick up Mr. Praline from the airport.

I looked in the fridge, freezer and pantry and it told me we were having black bean tacos, and cauliflower tater tots (I do not recommend them).

Not something I usually do on a work night, but I took off a little early yesterday and roasted a chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, smoked oyster dressing, cranberry sauce, and dinner rolls. Mini Thanksgiving. Hubby will have leftovers. I'm having a huge artichoke with mayonaisse.

Strawberry and raspberry dessert shells with fresh whipped cream with a bit of vanilla added.

Asian noodles with garlic shrimp, peas, Asian spices, hot red pepper flakes, fresh parsley & cilantro. It was an easy very tasty and healthy dinner!
