Our dinner will likely be beef ribs and grazing of all the yummy leftover treasures we have in the fridge from the last couple of days. I am not sorry about it at all.

Happy New Year! I hope 2019 is wonderful. I love reading about your cooking adventures throughout the year.

The husband is roasting a goose today. Here he has it rubbed with lemon zest and what not.

He is making colcannon potatoes to go with it. I am roasting brussel sprouts.

I have to admit that I'd never heard of shrimp chips. Those look cool. Do you make them yourself or buy them?

Hubby will be making pizza. Bless him, because he's sick, too. Mine will be pineapple and meatball. Skipping onions this time since my taste buds are off.

Hubby smoked a turkey. He didn't realize it was so cold outside (down in the single digits today) but the turkey still turned out great! We also made homemade mashed potatoes, and mixed veggies. A good start to a healthy new year, I'm so over all the junk food we've been eating the past two weeks.
