My 3 citrus cured steelhead salmon gravlax on a take of The Outback's Bushman's bread, with cream cheese. Dogboa put capers on his as well.

The other is an herbed crust tart with sweet onion filling.

OK, really I had leftover curry (which was delicious BTW ), but I could have just had brownies ...



Used my "brownie bites" pan for a batch of Ghiradelli double chocolate brownies. And they were good. Very, very, very good ...

Seems like the past week or so, no matter what is on the menu or what I plan on having I do the opposite: Last night I totally switched my plans, so what I do tonight and what I say I am going to do could be totally different, but right now I am thinking chicken breasts, couscous and cold slaw.

Tonight boiled potatoes with melted butter,creamed cottage cheese with caraway,black pepper and chive.Served with red radish salad,tomato and parsley salad and cucumber/celery salad.To drink sour lemon water.For dessert mango slices or blueberries with homemade plain yogurt.
