well we didn't get out yesterday cause our car is still in the car hospital and the part that is needed is back ordered: aren't we just as happy as we can be? NOT today we pick up our rental so we will hit the grocery store and get our Salmon for dinner tonight instead of last night. Last night we ended up having a frozen pizza. It was really pretty darn good.

Sweet Italian Sausage with Fennel and lentils
https://www.epicurious.com/recipes/f...-fennel-236943

I'll probably lightly dress napa cabbage/spinach and arugula to serve underneath, and add celery to the saute. I think some added bay leaf to the lentils while cooking.

Side of roasted Brussel sprouts with balsamic glaze.

I feel really icky today.

So far I've managed to "cook" (i.e. soak) a package of Costco's *** Chae noodles, to which I add rice vinegar.

There may be a corn dog in my future.
