By request, shrimp fra diavolo served with a mixture of spaghetti and angel hair pasta. I riffed on this recipe -https://www.ibreatheimhungry.com/shrimp-fra-diavolo-w-spaghetti-squash/

Since we are not paleo, I will use more onions and add mushrooms and peppers. I am also cutting way down on the amount of olive oil.

Serving with a tossed green salad.

I don't know who's bright idea it was to have The Pats play at 8:20 on a Sunday but UGH! I am doing a dinner that hopefully will not put us to sleep. Just grilled cheeseburgers with bacon and the usual vegetables.

At the risk of jinxing them....GO PATS!

Probably so the west coast or I might say, the lest coast can watch them. You are right though. I don't see the teams starting super early on that coast so we can watch them. I remember living on the east coast and trying to stay awake when Monday night football started at 6 or 7pm in SF of LA> hated it!!!!!

I know, right? I have a usual bunch of friends that gets together to watch the games potluck style but we're all watching from our respective homes for the first gamr because of the time

But on the bright side that means slow-cooker tikka masala with basmiati rice and steamed broccoli for just the fam. We have homemade shortcake biscuits for straweberry shortcake later during the game.

GO PATS!!!!!

Steak-Ums with cheese in a pita, included sautéed veggies (onions, green + red peppers), added baby spinach, diced tomatoes. Lemonade. Next time I hope to remember to get mushrooms to sauté.
