We will have chicken wings (not our usual dinner, for sure) glazed baby carrots and mashed cauliflower. I don't think we will have anything else. Today is a bridge day and I will be out until about 2pm. That doesn't give me much time to think of something to have and I tossed my menu for the week. I did it accidentally of course. Oh, instead of mashed cauliflower I might have a cold slaw/broccoli salad, just not sure? .

Once again it feels this morning quite cold outside and all I can think is making soups or casserole dishes. But it is suppose to heat up the next few days and summer dishes will still be enjoyable.

I am preparing tonight avocado smoked salmon toasts and lemon water. For dessert strawberries with yogurt.

Price Rite, it's kind of like Aldi's but I actually like it better, had beef tenderloin for $5.99 a pound. You had to buy a large roast which we did. We cut it into three portions. I am roasting one of those tonight. They also had cauliflower cheap so I bought that and will roast it with parmesan. To round off dinner I am making beef rice a roni. Rice a roni? Heck yeah! I rediscovered it lately and I am not ashamed to say I really like it!
