I've had a lot going on a lot lately with property decisions and lack of home time.

Tonight was BBQ ribs with sauteed green beans/red peppers and coleslaw from Quaker Steak and Lube. It might have been the best meal I've had in weeks.

A chip butty.

( Rough translation for my American chums - Mrs RC insisted I bring home some fish and chips. Cod with thick, handcut chips(fries) .
I stole a few chips from her and had them between two slices of doorstep sourdough with Heinz Tomato Sauce.
Voila, a chip butty. )

It will be Salmon night which is one of my favorites. With Salmon we will have buttered noodles, baby carrots and small green salad.

I promised Dawn to change back my pizza night to Friday.

Tonight homemade pizza from Durum flour with thyme in the crust.Toppings will be tomato sauce, oregano, red onion, green olive slices, ginger, garlic and ( to confuse Dawn ) I add mushroom slices instead of green Bell pepper and Canadian Marble cheddar cheese. To drink a glass of local Ontario red wine or Sleeman beer. For dessert rainroosty (in Fridays questions)just gave me an idea.I am making oven baked Macintosh apples with this recipe.

Hahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh my goodness, I adore you!!!! And I love mushrooms!!! I think that I'll have pizza tonight, too! (I'll pick one up -- I won't make it -- but the sentiment is there.)

Enjoy your dinner, enjoy your weekend!

Kids are coming in today from Oregon and we have a swap meet tomorrow early, so it will either be eating out, their choice, or we'll snack if they go and visit friends.
