Up early & didn't eat all day, so at 4pm I ate 3/4 of a Cornish hen & 2 roasted Russet potatoes done to imperfection in my horrid cast iron Dutch oven that is only several days from being chastised, then tossed off the balcony with vigor.

Washed down with an Avery IPA... having another of the latter & headed off to bed by 6pm... cuz I'm wild like that...

Magic, your goose looks beautiful! I've never actually eaten one, so I wouldn't know what to expect.

I'm making a pepperoni, bell pepper, and jalapeno pizza tonight. I wish I had pineapple for it.

I should make salad or fruit too, but the forecast is looking dim.

There are cookies left in the tin though.
