The beet soup - borscht - that I made yesterday, is even better today. I added mushrooms, spinach. broccoli. more red cabbage, beer and sliced crisp sauteed potatoes with caramelized onions.

bought 10 chicken thighs in a family pack package .79lb less than 4 dollars for all of them.
baked them with sugar free bbq sauce....very good!! I had two - have the rest in fridge for later in the week
