Tonight salmon fillets with green beans and carrots.To drink lemon water. For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.
Everything goes on one cookie sheet baked at 400 F until salmon is flaky
salmon fillets
green beans
sliced carrots
teriyaki sauce
olive oil
Mediterranean sea salt/black pepper for taste
green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Last night did a cajun blackened chicken with sauteed sugar snap peas, DH had quinoa with his, and I had an artichoke.
