I'm going to braise some lamb shanks in the slow cooker, will serve over riced roasted cauliflower and with some steamed broccoli with lemon butter. Fruit for dessert.

Barbecued pork loin over Asian noodles in a spicy garlic chili sauce with book choy with sesame seeds and low salt soy sauce.

Great trick to cook a small pork loin,

Freeze it for an hour & a half, then slice it really thin since it’s srmi frozen then place on skewers on the grill. Slide them off into the hot sauce then over the Asian noodles. It’s fabulous and have leftover pork to have with roasted vegetables another night❗️

Nothing is better than a tender lamb shank in a nice sauce, yummy!

Made miso glazed chicken breasts and broccoli with lemon, the recipe was fine, but I over cooked the meat.

Tonight will involve the bad of meatballs in the freezer.... maybe teriyaki? Oh! Sweet and sour with pineapple!
