Slept 'til 6pm, so it will be midnight dinner... couple of hardboiled eggs with marinated artichokes & a can of sardines. Sounds meager, but it's one of my fave easy meals. Lots of filtered water.

Lamb mini meatballs with rosemary, thyme, freshly milled black & white peppercorns, garlic & onion and a little bit of olive oil roasted in oven.
Steamed endive.
Green salad.
Mashed potatoes with creme fraiche.
Completely unexciting menu for the week... I'm cleaning out the cupboards cuz I'm moving in 3-wks.
The last 2 red grapefruits (mother of Valhalla, don't think I'll be eating them for the rest of the year) & a bit of crockpot beef with black beans & Tabasco. Maybe a bowl of organic corn & butter afterwards. Lots of water.
All I really want is a giant bag of dark pretzels... maybe next week.
DH has been abused with leftovers and things like tofu, so I think a steak on the grill tonight and cauliflower.
