Roasted vegetable chick pea Pasta Primavera with a pink, light, creamy sauce, roasted tomatoes, red onions, garlic, asparagus, snap peas, and sweet red and orange bell peppers.

Homemade real strawberry short cake from yesterday. By "real" I mean with actual short cake, fresh strawberries, and whipped cream.

OMG, Alm! I am making this dinner later this week. It's really perfect.

What kind of cabbage do you use? Cabbage and noodles are perfect together. Do you make your own noodles?

I wish quark was available where I live.

Sheena & Alm. Unfortunately I can't rep either of you yet but now I am hungry after reading your posts.

After working in the hot barn this afternoon, I was tired so tonight I just had a micro-waved dinner, e.g., Yakitori chicken with Japanese-styled fried rice.
