Okra
Squash (winter)
Egglant

But that ia a function of a new geography, In the US it would have been
Onions
Green beans
Green peas
Brussel sprouts
Broccoli

I love broccoli but hubby doesn't, so it is not on the menu that often.

1. Green beans (Iím eating some right now actually!)
2. Onions (I love onions)
3. Broccoli (Iím not crazy about broccoli, but Iíll eat it)
4. Okra (this is my favorite vegetable, but I canít always find fresh okra in my grocery store)
5. Zucchini/spinach (can it be a tie?)

Uncooked:
Lettuce
Spinach - DH sometimes mixes these in with his morning smoothie; we also use this in salads, tuna wraps, etc
Carrots - same as above, smoothies and salads mostly
Broccoli and cauliflower - salads
Peas and similar - salads
Green peppers - salads
Red/yellow - salads but the salad bar at the grocery store near the house usually only has green
Onions (red and/or sweet) - burgers, salads, sometimes wraps

Cooked:
Zucchini - roasted along with red/green and yellow peppers
Baked potato
Sweet potato
Carrots
Corn (on the cob, most often)

Mixed veggie steamers (most often):
Peas
Squash
Corn
Brussel sprouts
Onions
