Well, ahem, I know I have a problem because I don't measure my intake. And my resistance has gone way up.
I would say 1.5 cups per day of espresso or cold press or Americano. Becoming more and more immune to it as well. Didn't start until late 40's, never touched it in college (but the Diet Coke got me thru... somehow).
I miss the ooomph very much.i could take a couple of sips in the beginning and felt superhuman right away. Not so much anymore!

I don't drink coffee on a daily, most likely weekly basis. Most often it is an espresso or Irish coffee after dinner. I grew up with Cubans, now they are some serious coffee drinkers. They make Colada (Cuban espresso) which, IMO, has the punch of Jolt cola. They serve it in a large cup with smaller 1 oz cups for individual servings. I never turn it down if offered, but I only buy it on rare occasions and only if I have a few folks to share with. There isn't a specific time of day for it and I know folks that have it through out the day.

I am 100% Scandinavian so I drink a LOT of coffee. It's a tradition. That is why we live about 20 years longer than the average person. Coffee is also called "the think drink". There is something to that also. When I was about four years old our family used to go to the kaffe stuga on Sunday afternoons for coffee and Swedish pastries. This was a big deal because my father had to use gas rationing stamps for the gas to get there.

69 years old, and maybe had 3-4 cups in my life. Way to bitter for me. Love the smell of fresh ground beans, but the taste....blah....

Tea with milk and sugar is my drink.

Used to drink 4 cups a day, but then it started to really irritate my bladder to the point where I couldn't go 45 mins without a restroom trip.

Gave it up, and back to normal. I drink maybe 1 cup a week now.
