I didn't start drinking coffee until last year....yes I'm a very late bloomer.

I usually have two 10oz cups per day. 3 on a bad day.

How much do you usually drink per day?

Two cups in the morning, though I'm about to have half of another cup since it's sitting there in the pot and I feel cold looking out the window watching hubby shovel snow. OP I was a late bloomer, too. Never drank it until my 40's.

I have one cup in the morning, and that's it unless I'm somewhere where I need to stay awake for some reason. I would love to have more than a single cup, but I know it wouldn't be a good thing to start having more, as I don't always know when to quit.

Over 5 decades now, still haven't had even one single serving (other than if someone dumped some in food where it was masked). Had the most lovely experience as a kid, terrible motion-sickness and my parents who just had to have a pump-pot in the car so I associated the smell with being violently ill. Oh, I should mention that I grew up in Wyoming, so LOTS of long-distance car trips and thus lots of being sick to the smell of coffee.

I'll take a cup of green tea though, Maybe 2 on a cold/nasty/lazy day...

Down to 2 cups daily - 10oz each. Years ago I drank coffee all day long, right up to bedtime. I can't recommend anyone do that.

I drink 2-3 C in the morning. I have slow mornings now that I am retired,

I drink another 1 or 2 C of decaf after lunch.

I actually cut my morning cups with a little decaf, as well.

But I often make DH and I a cup of tea in the late afternoon. We look forward to that refreshing cup.

I know I am a bit of a caffeine freak. If I did not concern myself with blood pressure, or anxiety levels, I’d drink more. Decaf saves my life.

I grind beans fresh for every pot I make.
