We get your point, kokonutty, and we all understand fully that there's no cream in it, no milk, no cow squeezin's of any kind. That's why we eat it in fact. Even though some of us call it ice cream. I'm sorry you feel so bound by labeling regulations that it causes you pain when someone calls it a name that has been disallowed by the attorneys representing the jealous, vengeful dairy industry. Take it easy man!

Yeah, I just admire honesty and truth in advertising. It seems like many people who eat fake food feel better about themselves if they give the ersatz crap the name of real food. Fool yourselves if you want to just don't ask the rest of us to play along.
Ice Cream is super easy to make at home. You can use the milk of your choice and make in a Vitamix, Ice Cream Maker, or in an ice tray. You can google recipes using different milks.

Nobody's asking you to do a (expletive deleted) thing.

It's not fake food. Coconuts, cashews and almonds are all real foods. So are cacao, strawberries and mint. And you can stand down because labeling laws require all those food factories to label their cartons "Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert."
The question is, how is it an ice cream? If it doesn't contain milk cream it should not be called ice cream. It should be labeled as a frozen dessert.
If it does contains some type of cream, what is it made from? I'd be more worried about what they use to make cream without milk.
