Putting food in foil makes it easy to reheat but does not seal out the air that can lead to spoilage or even off-tastes.. A ziplock or tightly closed plastic bag does a much better job of sealing in the flavor and sealing out contaminants.

yes id eat it...

I prep a lot of meals...and use a lot of Tupperware type containers and seal them...

it does depend what it is...….but cooked items kept 35-40f can usually keep 5-7 days

I cook turkeys/roasts stew ...ahead but I will also freeze some containers not only to hold them better.....but if im taking in a cooler to work ...it takes hours to "thaw" which I like ..

No. I have a 2-3 day rule. I cook my lunches for the week on Saturday, but only eat them Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Then the leftovers get tossed out.

I've had food poisoning years ago, and never want it again.

Sure it will. I cook enough pieces to last a week but I keep it in plastic containers.

It's just as good at the end of the week as it was at the beginning of the week.

2-3 days isn't the end of the week.
