Jiffy Pop popcorn.

So I'm 59 years old. I own a stove, go camping & make fires.. There is no reason for me not to have Jiffy Pop. I shop all the time and I've passed it by for decades. It's not that expensive. I eat popcorn here and there. I have no idea why I don't eat Jiffy Pop.

Breakfast cereal. I stopped drinking milk a long time ago, so eating cereal went along with it. Pretty much the same with all processed foods. Then again, I'm sure why I stopped.

Potato pancakes. No matter WHAT I do, mine are never as good as my mother's were.

And I have up ordering them in restaurants decades ago, even in Jewish deli's. (Though my mother wasn't Jewish - English war bride who married a Brooklyn Jew. She also made amazingly good chicken soup with matzo balls.)

well it is easy to figure out why you stopped eating cold cereal: you don't drink milk. Now why you stopped drinking milk, who knows? I don't don't drink it either, I never have cared for cold cereal. Processed foods, well we eat very few but I can not in all honesty say we eat none. It is pretty hard in today's world not o eat any.

Believe it or not: ice cream. We both love it, used to always have 2 or 3 kinds in the fridge, but just the other day I mentioned to spoiled brat we haven't had any in the freezer for over a year.

I remember seeing the commercials for it when we were kids - it always looked so good and perfectly popped!

Unfortunately, we could never get the hang of cooking it, we burned it, every.....single......time.
