We always bought California Estates Extra Virgin Olive Oil, but they no longer carry it.
Low fat Chocolate Macaroons there, loved them, but no where to be found anymore. Other stuff, too.

Not discontinued but I used to hate that their candles only come out during the holidays.
Low fat macaroons? They aren't a high fat food to begin with. They are a high sugar food.

I really liked their frozen Creme Brulee that came in dark chocolate cups that were a perfect fit in 'normal' sized ramekins. If you played with the microwave a bit you could find a time/power that left the chocolate and its filling at a perfect consistency.
I miss their Trader Giotto's Platinum Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, it was delicious sprinkled on a Caprese Salad among other things. It was replaced by a Gold version that IMO would be better labeled Bronze, it lacks the viscosity and flavor of the Platinum.
Somewhere in this forum there is a thread on this but: one of my fav. things, if I can recall the name was triple ginger/dark chocolate cookies - they were absolutely addictive - no longer available (for yrs. now) - I also don't like that they stopped carrying as many spices/seasonings as they used to - they were great prices.
About 20 years ago in L.A. area stores, they sold green tea in round, flat sachets about 4" across for making a quart or so at a time. These came in a metal can, similar ro a short coffee can, maybe six or eight to a can.
Also at that time, there would a be bins of assorted sized chunks of plastic-wrapped chocolate, one bin of dark chocolate and one bin of milk chocolate. They looked like someone had dropped a huge chunk of each to let them shatter, then wrapped individually, all different sizes and shapes.
When Trader Joe's began opening in the Twin Cities about a decade ago, neither were to be found.
It's not discontinued, but Trader Joe's changed the ingredients of their organic hot cocoa mix. It used to be made with whole milk powder and was creamy and rich. They changedf the ingredients, so it is now much inferior to the original and not worth buying.
