Adding chocolate to a savory food is not normal. Are you gonna eat a chocolate ham sandwich or chocolate baby back ribs?
I only said that I figured that the garlic would be omitted.

If you live in the Northeast, Shop-Rite supermarkets now have a roasted beet-flavored hummus that is REALLY good.
It is part of their Wholesome Pantry Organic line of foods.

Yes, please. Chocolate and sea salt are one of my favs, so I could see eating this, especially if it tastes like brownie batter, and the extra fiber wouldn't hurt!

What do *I* think? Wouldn't touch it. I really like hummus, and chocolate has it's time and place, but not together.

I've actually picked up one of these tubs, it's billed as "dessert" hummus on the label and is very heavily laden with sugar. I mean, the one next to it was "cinnamon and sugar" hummus.... I can get a WHOLE lot more dessert enjoyment for the same caloric cost in other ways.

I've never tried it, but anything that tastes like brownie batter has to be a good thing!

It's delicious. It's From Aldi. It tastes a lot like Nutella.

if you want chocolate, ffs, eat real chocolate. I don't understand people who prefer chocolate-flavored hummus. If you want hummus, eat it with roasted pine nuts and garlic and drizzled with a fine olive oil smeared on pita bread triangles as it was intended to eat. If you want chocolate, get a chunk of the real stuff and eat it with wine. It's called ENJOYING LIFE. why do we Americans make things so effing difficult and silly?
