Go to drink when pregnant. Also a perennial fave.

Have you guys tasted the salty black licorice that's popular in Northern Europe? I got some last summer at a Swedish store in NJ and it's def an acquired taste. In some areas it's called "adult licorice" to differentiate from sweet licorice that you'd give to children.

I love licorice, too. I go to this store owned by a Dutch lady who imports different types of licorice. I love the honey licorice, but one time I got the double-salted. It took a bit of trying, but I enjoyed it in a weird sort of way.

Ooh, I posted mine above before I saw this. So you know what I was talking about. It was a surprise, that's for sure, but I kept going back to it.

Yup, my Muslim boss gets club soda with a lime at business events where there is a cocktail hour. I do, too, if it's a lunchtime thing. If I drink alcohol at lunchtime these days, I'll want a nap at 2.

Peeps. I love em'. Especially stale. I buy a package, open it up, and wait four days and then they are ready to be eaten. I also like them roasted and then made into S'mores.

The anchovy haters baffle me. They apparently don't realize anchovies are not a food, they are a condiment. I also kind of like caviar on a salad, once again, a condiment. Once in a while I run across someone who doesn't like dill pickles. Condiment.
