Most Subway's here in Southern California are terrible. Jersey Mike is more expensive and the food is better, you get what you pay for. So if like Nasty $5-6 Sandwiches made by Minimum wage workers that could care less, Subway is you choice.
Every time i go to Jersey Mikes, the employees are always happy, joking around with you, and they have enough staff to make sandwiches in a timely manner.
The Closes JJ is over 80 miles away

Sorry I have to disagree. The quality of the proteins at Subway are subpar to all other sandwich shops IMHO. That's not to say I don't ever eat at Subway. I do because they're darn near everywhere around here. We have no JJ's, all Quiznos shops have closed, Firehouse has closed and we have 2 or 3 JMs in my general vicinity and under a dozen in the Nassau/Suffolk area. I do like the steak and cheese at Subway.

A lettuce wrap does not count for much in my opinion because it isnít the same as gluten free bread.

I think that I have avoided Subway since the CBC purchased their chicken sandwiches, sent them to an independent lab and found that they were only 50% chicken. If they are cutting corners that much, I am really not interested.

Personally, I like Jimmy John's but they are overpriced and honestly, I prefer a good Bahn Mi sandwich on a baguette down at my local Vietnamese market.

I'm definitely biased because one of my nephews owns a Jersey Mike's franchise in California.

I wonder which chicken it was. The rotisserie chicken is clearly all chicken.

I don't buy formed chicken patties anywhere, except for the occasional McNugget, because of precisely that. They are VERY rarely 100% chicken, but rather filled with TBP.

So the issue isn't they don't have gluten-free options, it's that you don't like their gluten-free options. There's a difference.
