I make my own Chicken noodle soup, and my own Minestrone. Chicken noodle with angelhair, and Minestrone with mini shells or elbows.

Have had many noodle soups from many cuisines. Right now my favorite is Pho broth with several ingredients including Ramen noodles. The broth is homemade.

Me too. I will smoke some chicken then use the bones in the broth. Unconventional but great flavor. Pho or Ramen noodles tossed in at the end.

I like chicken noodle soup, Vietnamese beef brisket pho, Japanese Ramen, Chinese won ton noodle soup (Hong Kong style) and Chinese noodle soup with Chinese style BBQ pork (Char Siu).

I enjoy hot noodle soup on cold days!

I like pho ga........its Vietnamese chicken (rice noodle) soup. My mom makes an excellent knock off recipe of an Olive garden soup. Instead of using gnocchi she substitutes spinach.

Can't even think about soup during the summer. It's going to be at least 68 today.
