Just wondering how many people eat salads regularly in the winter. For me, I know in the summer and autumn I could not get enough salad. Now, it is like pulling teeth to get one in front of me. I just don't have the craving.
I still make salads in the winter -- my husband likes them and they're a quick and easy way to get vegetables in us. However, I also eat a lot of soup in the winter -- I make mine full of vegetables, and am often more enthusiastic about eating soup than salad in the cold months.

We eat side salads all year round. My DH is in a rut lately with Olive Garden salad dressing. We only have things like pasta salad for the main course in the hot weather. I throw down a Waldorf salad (apples, nuts, celery and Miracle Whip) once in awhile to go with pork.
I sometimes get a craving for Wendy's Baja salad (with chili) for dinner.
Happy Easter to all of you, whether you celebrate it as the most powerful Christian Holiday or as a wonderful time to spend with family and friends Have a great day, don't eat too many eggs and enjoy the beautiful spring weather.
