Just woke up from my day's sleep. Dancing has been canceled for tonight, so I'm dragging right now, and it is not from the weary eyes, but more of an emotional let down.
Are we conditioned to go after the coffee as a form of the liquid "happy pill", as well as its other 1000 and 1 uses?
Today my parents got back from Florida and they brought me some Iced Tea from there (Publix) and one ingredient I hadnt ever seen before.....

I looked it up and it contains phosphoric acid parts (Same thing they put in Pepsi/Coke) -- That can cause MUSCLE PAIN!! (And I have enough problems with pain!!)

Tricalcium Phosphate (Ca3(PO4)2) is harmless, and the only thing it has in common with Phosphoric Acid (H3PO4) is the phosphate molecule (PO4). It's naturally found in your bones and in milk, so it makes a great calcium supplement.

I am finding that recipe search on the web, while very convenient when shopping after work, has also steed me back to the print medium: now I'll read a few chapters of Food& Wine, for example, to get ideas for menus and special occasions. It's doing wonders for changing what and how I think about food that often requires some advance prep.
