Absolutely nothing but butter. There may be some spreads that are nearly as healthy as butter, but they will cost as much as butter and still taste like oleo.

I'm gonna try peanut oil. I made something yrs. ago w/ it, baking, but not frying w/ it. Coconut oil...right...highly saturated. Some swear it's great for you, but I avoid it.
