You can do it with regular brewed coffee instead of this Vietnamese brewer device.
The egg part is separate. It's optional if you want to pasteurize the eggs first as described as per you judgement on safety.
An easy substitute similar product is buy some egg nog and whip it a bit, then spoon some on top of coffee

Put a glazed donut in the microwave for 15 seconds. Then dip it in the condensed milk
