Any chicken wing lovers out there? Guess you have seen the prices of wings sky rocket. I have read that there is a shortage of workers in plants, so they don`t have enough workers, to man all the machines, for the chicken parts. I don`t understand where all the wings are going though.....in the rubbish

We still get them this day at the Local Supermarkets, all the time. Yes they have gone up, but what kills me is the Sports Bars, your local Neighborhood Watering Holes and Restaurants for the PRICE$ they charge for the Wings in their places, and they get them MUCH Cheaper that the paying Plain Joe out there.

Wife fixes them at home in the Oven, I sometimes in the backyard Grill, I just REFUSE to pay the prices they charge out there to eat them at their establishments.

RipOff City.

Costco has these Crispy Take Out wings in their frozen section that are quite good. I think there are 3 different flavors, but the sauce is packaged separately from the wings, which are naked and unbreaded. I just bake them in the oven at 425 for about 25 mins and toss them in the sauce that comes with them (or my own). I bet they could come out ever better in an air fryer.

They are great. The big issue I have with wings at restaurants is that they come out too fatty, so when I order them out, I usually specify "Crispy", which helps a lot. Oh, and I also prefer the flats/wings as opposed to the drummette/humerus.

They are FANTASTIC in the air fryer! I actually like them without the sauce, TBH. Thanks for mentioning that you get them at Costco. I bet it'll be a lot cheaper than what I pay at the grocery store.

I don't like wings, all skin & bone. I'm sure the supply will recover soon.

Wings are way more expensive that breasts and thighs. Go figure.

Probably because people will pay it.

Wings have very little meat, obviously, yet they clock in at 109 calories for a single wing (not including coatings or sauce).
