I had peanuts for lunch every day for a couple months while doing field work in Zambia in 1987, because there was literally no other protein available to take into the field, like a can of tuna, etc., in the store in Lusaka at that time. I've been eating hamburger & green beans over white rice with soy sauce for years now. At least 6 days a week. Sometimes I mix it up with hamburger & corn with taco seasoning over ice but that is once a week tops.

I have a smoothie every morning for brunch. I really only eat dinner. The smoothie varies depending on what fruits and veggies are in season. It maintains my weight and I like to start my day that way.
Many people eat the same food day after day as that is all that is available. Great food selections is generally available only to people of great resources worldwide.

Ha. That's how I think. I don't want to overthink my food choices. Too many other things to do. I eat to live I guess.
