It seems most kitchen scale has a capacity range from 1 gram to 5750 grams. But I'm looking for a scale that can range from 0.1 gram to 100 or more grams. Where can I find/buy such scale?

5750 g would be about 12.5lbs. (I had to Google it because I don't think in grams.)
The perfect scale for you would be the OXO Good Grips 11-pound scale. I actually own this scale and use it occasionally when I'm baking and for other kitchen chores. It's wonderful! It's also the recommended kitchen scale by America's Test Kitchen. But I'm not too thrilled with the price on either Amazon or the OXO website ($50). I actually found my scale at a nearby store that sells unclaimed salvage and freight for only $20! (Saved $30). This same place also sells nearly every OXO gadget for $5 or less. I have almost the whole OXO catalog from A to Z, including OXO appliances, and paid pennies on the dollar.
eBay has food scales that go up to
30 lbs that are only 35$
