you could do a tortellini that you buy and and mushrooms, and marinera sauce
then green beans in the bag. the green beans you could blanch in cold water, dry
then do a salad to your taste. not to hard and easy.

I chose baked potato but something like garlic whipped with some cheese would also be good -I've also had risotto at my fave place: Welcome to Al Biernats - More Than a Great Steakhouse ..and I love asparagus, spinach and mushrooms also maybe some grilled onions. Hey and don't knock the grits - they are better with shrimp but I can see some sort of gourmet version with steak.

We usually BBQ a nice steak and slice it to our desired thickness. We serve a large vegetable salad with the steak slices leaned up next to the salad. This way we eat more salad and end up with leftover steak. That's our usual. However, I do love sauteed mushrooms. Yummy!

I'm a steak and potato woman all the way. In fact thats what I'm having tonight. But I do like the idea of ceasar salad before and then also some satueed mushrooms..
