To me, Dukes tastes more lemony. I like it for things like tartar sauce and a sauce I make for fish with lemon juice and tarragon. I bought some kewpie Mayo, but I don’t get the big deal about it. I haven’t tried using it half and half with a domestic kind. I once used a recipe with Kraft Mayo and rice vinegar for potato salad. I’ve always used it for potato salad since.

But since I have no desire to have 3 kinds of Mayo going at once, I use what I have for whatever I’m making. What that really means is whatever kind is BOGO at Publix.
