Ghirardelli’s is also one of my faves. I have a bag of those with the caramel. I just had one square less than 5 minutes ago. I had not heard of those others bolded in a previous post.

I like what is called "dump cakes" where you just pour 4-5 ingredients into a baking dish. so there is a recipe for a "dump cake" made with that Ghiradellis brownie mix. Im wondering if it will taste as good as the instructions on the box or not. Scared to experiment and end up turning out wrong.

So can you manipulate a box of brownie mix and will it have a bad effect?

I'm sure you can find out online who did the studies finding that most dark chocolate is dangerous, but my posting comes from Consumer Reports, who does its own testing, is not financed by consumer corporations, but does not have its articles online, except by subscription, so I was unable to provide a link.
