I'm surprised by the brussel sprout hate. I love those lil cabbages! Steam 'em up with a little butter... mmmm mmmm !

I've tasted tongue. Wouldn't make a steady diet of it but it was palatable. As were pigs' feet. I like chicken and turkey gizzards too, but I draw the line at hearts.

For me, the real gag foods are liver (seems I'm in good company with that one), sauerkraut and cheese. Ick ick ick I hate cheese in any shape or form! Hard cheese, soft cheese, squeeze cheese in a tube, cheese on pizza, Philly Cheese-steaks (love the steak, dump the cheese), Cheese-Whizzz, cream cheese, cheese curds, oh and that horrid, lumpy-looking mess called cottage cheese... /shudder

Wouldn't think I live in Wisconsin, which seems to be the Cheese capital of the world, would ya?

I just had to to try Goat Cheese - you hear so much about it. It tasted like paste! Also tried my hardest to like anchovies - they are good for you with all that Omega-3 can calcium. I just could not stomach them, felt like I was eating gold fish. My cat enjoyed them though!
