Lets talk chain pizza restaurants. How do you rank these, from best to worst?

Papa Johns is the best to me. It's like a boring but dependable relative. You know what to expect and you get it every time. The sauce has a zing to it that makes it stand out.

Dominos is second best. It will never be considered "good" pizza, but it has enough flavor that I don't dislike it. For the price I can't complain.

Little Caesars is bad. It's the kind of pizza that tastes good when you're 13, and haven't tried anything else. It's cardboard.

Pizza Hut is the worst. It manages to be flavorless, soggy cardboard that is also overpriced.

What do you think?

I'll take a frozen Red Baron over any of those, 100% of the time. And Red Baron isn't nearly as good as it used to be.

I love Pizza Hut. If for some reason my store is not open or not delivering, I will just order from Marco's Pizza (chain near us) before I settle for any of the others.

I don't know if it's just memories from our childhood or what, but we both still enjoy going in the restaurant and having a pitcher of beer with a thin cheeseburger pizza.

I'd put them in exactly that order! But we do like Marco's, but there's no delivery (except thru Doordarshan, Ubereats, etc which I really, really avoid using because of their business practices - particularly their price gouging during covid)

All of those are the worst !!
NO frozen pizza is good !!
Mom & pop pizza joints are far superior to store bought or chain pizzas!
Homemade is the best , it's easy, it's cheaper, and you can make any topping you want.

I live in the St. Louis MO area, and Imo's Pizza is a thing.

So for me,

1. Imo's
2. Papa John's
3. Pizza Hut
4. Lil Caesars
5. Dominos (I'll eat a DiGorno frozen pizza before I'll eat a Dominos)

SOME mom & pop pizza joints are far superior. Some are terrible.

I think all of those, Papa Johns, Dominos, Little Caesars, Pizza Hut are barely better than no pizza. I find both Papa Murphy's Take & Bake to be decent, and also Round Table. Still we don't buy any of those since a smaller local chain opened in our city, called Zeek's, with 27 locations in our region, and the best which may be a one and only called Jobo's Pizza Pub.

I would say Domino's if I had to pick. Haven't had Pizza Hut in 30 years and never had the other 2
