Boneless chicken wings - Basically chicken nuggets shaped as wings
Chicken Breast - The absolutely most bland part of the chicken
Popcorn shrimp - Really? It looks and taste nothing like shrimp or where is the shrimp?
Tuna sandwich - Quite possibly the worst seafood dish ever created, taste more like chicken than tuna.
Bologna cheese sandwich - They serve that to kids and immates at prisons. The worst kind of mystery meat.
Fried fish fillet with cheese stuffed - Another really bad combo.
Turkey with gravy, Thanksgiving - Traditional but the most bland and boring dish. Rather have a smoked turkey leg.
Pea soup - I love peas but crushed into a soup, taste worst than celery soup.
Avocado Toast - Quite possibly the most overrated Millennial and Gen Z dish. Avocado taste better straight or as a dip than eaten with bread. Because it doesn't melt like butter and it has contrasting taste and texture. That is why you never see people eat avocado and bagel.
Boomer Brit expat and I never could get used to these foods.
Biscuits and gravy
Marshmallow and sweet potatoes
Country fried steak
Peanut AND jelly sandwiches, no jelly for me

Absolutely love avocado toast though

I don’t eat breakfast , don’t eat processed meats ect, avoid carbs and sugar , walk or hike daily and do back exercises daily. Yep still overweight . It’s frustrating. I don’t see how I can reduce my calories anymore. Today all I’ve had for lunch is 8 almonds, tiny piece of cheese, half an apple, 1/2 cup blueberries, and 2 oz chicken breast. Tonight it’s pinto beans, broccoli and curry sauce, no snacking.

Maybe I need to fast one day a week.

Liver and onions - Its smells GREAT, but the flavor and consistency of liver is just YUCK!!

Any freshwater fish - Catfish, trout, etc. Maybe Im spoiled from being right on the Pacific Ocean and growing up with sea bass, halibut, salmon, sushi, etc. but I have never ever liked the taste of any freshwater fish.

Game meat - This seems to be super popular American food in hunting states but I just cant eat it. Deer, elk, squirrel, rabbit, etc. Totally cant eat it. But a mixed beef/bison burger is pretty good. I can eat that.

Chitterlings - Popular Southern American food. You cant pay me to eat that junk.

Funnel Cake - Looks like it should be delicious but tastes absolutely nothing like it looks. Even with lots of strawberry and powdered sugar its blech taste cannot be saved.

Red Velvet Cake - Like funnel cake above, it looks much better than it tastes. Flavor is ugh and seems like its made without any sugar at all.

Sweet Tea - Tastes like sugar water with a slight hint of tea. I'll take sweetened green tea every time over this junk.

Pea Soup - just nasty. No other explanation is needed.

Kettle Chips and Kettle Corn - Its like somebody said "Lets take regular potato chips and popcorn and give them a Rockwell Hardness rating of steel. Oh, and lets add sugar to the popcorn!"

Cornish Hen - Its basically chicken, but mentally, I just cant eat it because it looks like Im eating pigeon or a sparrow.

Any and everything Coffee FLAVORED - I LOVE coffee but absolutely hate everything I've ever tried that was "coffee flavored".

I was going to add Duck to this list because I have never in my life tasted any American duck dish or American cooked duck that didnt make me want to puke. But for some reason, the duck they prepare in the Chinese restaurants that have the cooked duck hanging by their necks tastes really really good. Probably because they chop it up, place in on a bed of rice and give it really really good seasoning.

I could seriously live off of "infinite shelf life" Hostess Twinkies and Hostess Ding Dongs. Yum!!

Fasting is quite effective in terms of losing weight, although it's best to ease in to it.

It sounds like you live quite a healthy life already and have good diet, including superfoods such as blueberries etc.

Just stick with what you are doing and perhaps look in to fasting, in terms of the next stage in weight loss.

I just fast all the time, and it's just part of the permanent way I choose to live rather than a diet.

I also don't drink alcohol, as a lot of alcohol is not only bad for you but also full of sugary carbs.

I wish you all the best.

Beef liver
Bell peppers
Cilantro
Fresh salmon or tuna. I like canned versions of both.
Blood rare meat
Gummy pasta sauces like you find at big chain Italian restaurants. Oh, Gee.
Poultry breast meat.
Sweet bagels, like raisin or cinnamon sugar. That's just wrong.
Cannoli. I don't like ricotta, and leave it out when making lasagne.

Don’t care for pea soup. Boneless chicken breast, grilled or fried is the worst option for eating any chicken dish/ meal for me.
I love fried bologna, burnt around the edges with grape jelly and white sandwich bread.

The title says, can’t eat, but your list is, don’t like. Two different things.

I can eat sushi, but I won’t eat sushi, because the idea of eating raw things grosses me out.
I dont like black licorice.
Like Lubby said, I’d never eat mustard on a hamburger, or ketchup on a hotdog. The dill pickles that McDonalds uses taste like poison to me.
I also wouldn’t choose to eat Ranch dressing, unless there wasn’t anything else.
I don’t see the point of chicken wings and wouldn’t ever order them.
