I have a habit of eating fast food like Taco Bell, which needs to break. Could there be consequences to a person's body is they continue to eat fast food?
I am guessing if your diet pretty much consists of fast food you are probably not eating very healthy, especially if you are talking Taco Bell. Yes, you can eat fairly healthy fast food if you really try: salads, baked pototoes, etc but I sure wouldn't want to try it...Take break, if you want fast food try places like Jason's deli with their great salad bar or Chik fa la.(spelling)
