I splurged. Egg whites with turkey sausage and melted cheese stuffed into 1/2 ww pita. Grapes on the side. Yummy.

Hey- yesterday I didn't post but I have to tell you I had the most amazing TOAST... seriously it was... homemade ENGLISH MUFFIN BREAD TOAST..... it was a loaf of bread that was like english muffin that was thick and tasted....so amazing... at a local diner.... if I knew how to make it I might actually BAKE!!!!! those of you who actually KNOW me well will be SHOCKED to hear me say that....

I just had my Tuesday breakfast. I made the Quiet Walker special. Peanut butter and potato chip sandwich...Used sour cream and onion chips.
