A sweet bowl of blueberries that I picked up at the farmers market yesterday afternoon... poured a little Almond milk over the top and yummy, yummy in the tummy it went!
Hardboiled egg, Activia, Danactiv, Coffee, doublehandful of pills (yuck). I suppose I should be grateful that there are such pills available to help us "old farts" keep going, but some days I just wonder why I bother with them! Not depressed, just tired of choking them down.
