I be having some low sodium V8 juice. Need a tune up. Not sure about the solid food yet. I think solid food would be flirting with disaster.

Turkey Bacon & Scrambled Egg Whites with chopped tomatoes & avocado on health nut bread! Should be way too filling, but oh so yummy! And it will give me lots of 'fuel' for a good long hike this morning!

Well I do like fish. Espcially fried or grilled grouper. Ackee I'm clueless on. I did manage to eat a banana like I'm supposed to do.

The Sunday frittata this week included bacon, spinach, green onion, Swiss cheese and tomato slices. It was accompanied by toast made from one of the home-made loaves the spouse baked yesterday, along with good strong coffee with just a hint of premium cocoa.

I think you should get some chickens.
I think so too I can hold up one of my farm fresh eggs to a store bought large the store bought looks even smaller than a medium. I know when doing baking when the kids were in 4-H using store bought eggs was making a difference in the baked items because eggs were smaller than when the recipe was started. We would have to increase the eggs.

BTDT with chickens I am trying to downsize remember? I can't do it all here alone and only have DD 5 more years before college calls her away.

LOVELY LUNA today..... peppermint! It was my last one- need to renew my stash.

Girl you don't know what you are missing!
When you crack open a farm fresh egg the yolks are almost orange and plump. Once you try them you will always know the difference for sure. Plus my Amish eggs don't have any chemicals or growth hormones the chickens are free range or natural fed which also makes a difference in taste.
