I made some fresh fruit salad. I will have some of that, topped with a few teaspoons of vanilla yogurt and a few bran flakes on top for crunch! oh, and coffee too

Yum! Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. Today I actually had breakfast food - oatmeal with walnuts and blueberries. I usually prefer a high protein breakfast and no foods are off limits.

I tasted tang once, didn't care for it very much. What the heck is in that stuff anyway ?
It tasted like a cross between kool aid and vitamins ! This morning I passed on the beer and went for a glazed donut! There's nothing better than a hot glazed doughnut !

A sausage, egg and cheese breakfast taco. Only in Texas are they called tacos. The rest of the US calls them burritos. Beats the heck out of me why that is!
