2 Fresh Soft Boiled Eggs that my neighbor up the road gave me from her 'free range' (more like 'Free TERROR Range') Hens... they are monsters, take over her entire field and are more dangerous than a mad pit bull guard dog!!! But, boy are their eggs yummy! LOL

Had a sliced fresh from the Farmers Market roma tomato & baby cucumber to go along with my yummy terror eggs & a big glass of fresh squeezed OJ to wash it all down with.

Was still a little hungry after pigging out, so then I had half a brown rice cake with a few drizzles of Texas Wildflower Honey!

Since I ate bacon and grits for dinner last night, I went with a grilled cheese for breakfast. Tasted kind of funky with coffee.....but filled me up.

Usual rut - hard boiled eggs, toast, yogurt and coffee.

Shhhhh! Don't tell him, but I got the Ol' Curmudgeon down to 1/4 decaf!! I can tell a difference so far, but he hasn't said a word! Cardiologist will be pleased, but I'll have to tell him alone so the Ol' Curmudgeon doesn't figure it out!
