2 eggs, add the cheese, and some soon to be bad mushrooms, and toss it all into the 8 inch pan!
then, add to the toaster oven half an english muffin, and brew coffee! Lunch and breakfast that equates to!

Hot Tea with lemon and honey ...

I made myself this morning an Onion,pepper,Bacon,ham,cheese and mushroom omelet with a bit of catchup on top....I bend it and placed it in between two toasted pieces of French bread.

1 fried egg
Loads of chopped fresh basil
Cracked pepper
Layers of prosciutto di parma (or soppressata or other salty dry-cured pork)
1 roasted red pepper slice
English muffin of your choice

Simply unbeatable.
